We work on a monthly retainer basis, typically eight to twelve days a month.
Sometimes you don't need a retainer. You need the right person for a specific moment — a board pack that needs a complete rethink, an offsite that needs facilitating, a strategy that needs pressure-testing, or a leadership team that needs someone to cut through and get everyone aligned. We work with you on a minimum of one day at a time, bringing the same senior Chief of Staff expertise without any long-term commitment. One focused day with the right person can move things further than weeks of circling the problem. It's also how most of our retainer relationships start.
